Spa Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so that you’ll have ample time to unwind and relax before your appointment.


While we understand that things can suddenly pop up we kindly request that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice to cancel/reschedule a cosmetic appointment.  If appropriate notice is not given you may be charged a flat fee of $30.  If you do not notify us at all (no-show) for your appointment all future appointments will require a credit card deposit of $50 in order to schedule.

Initial consultations are free to any potential client however; appointments are required in order to assure you receive the same exceptional service and personal attention as all other clients.

Payment Policy
Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Care Credit are all accepted forms of payment. Financing through Care Credit is available for purchase exceeding $200.00

Client Satisfaction
We think our line of SkinCeuticals products are the best and we think you will enjoy them just as much.  However, if you are unhappy with any product purchased please return the unused item with a dated receipt within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange the item for credit toward another product or service of equal or greater value.
